The bagels are just fine. My mind was not blown -- and the average bagel I eat is a Bruegers Bagel in Massachusetts. A chain that makes high average bagels for a normal price. To boot, you can walk in the store and within 0-4 minutes, place an order. Introduce Boichick Bagels! It is visual pleasure to watch the robots at the factory make bagels but that is where the magic starts and ends. They have invented the worlds most inefficient ordering process -- no visible menu and an employee trained in Portlandiaesque ways who is left to explain every last detail to each and every patron such that a line with 5 parties takes 20 minutes to navigate. But wait! There is more... when it comes to pay for your most basic bagel bundle (which dozen is not a baker's dozen but just a regular one), the cost is $47.80 for 12 bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. A far cry from the still costly $22 I'd pay for the same at Breugers. At this point, I expected this "fresh" bagel to blow me away. Um, no. It was just fine but absolutely needed to be toasted to eat and was really no better than Breugers. How so Boichik? I felt time warped back to the 2010s when I was still a native Bay Area resi

Outstanding bagels that are most like the dense, chewy bagels one can get in NYC. I ordered 12 bagels and got exactly 12 bagels. What irks me is that the receipt lists a free bagel that wasn't included. So if you're not going to make it a baker's dozen, I'd rather be left ignorant of that fact.

I've come by multiple times, but I'm finding the bagels very disappointing despite all the hype thay initially came with them. I don't mean to sound harsh, but they have a store bought vibe, something about the dough maybe (it's also seemed a bit sweet even in the savory ones). There are much better options in town.

These yummy bagels never disappoint! When I walk in to work with a Boichik bag of bagels everyone's face lights up! Many good flavor choices and types of bagels, and I see they have a pizza bagel now, getting one next time! The only complaint is lack of parking but that's not something they can help.. there is a dedicated handicap spot if needed. Good stuff!
